F Street Seeks $11.6 Million in Equity for Brown Deer Apartment Project

F Street, a Milwaukee-based company, has launched an investment fund for a $37.6 million development project in Brown Deer. The project involves demolishing two underutilized 1980s office buildings to construct 156 garden-style apartments at 4300 W. Brown Deer Road and 8989 N. Deerwood Drive. The company is seeking to raise $11.6 million in equity for the development.
