To encourage a return to in-person work following the COVID-19 pandemic, recruit and retain new team members, and better serve their employee’s and business guests’ needs, the client, focused their selective renovation efforts on two key under-utilized spaces. Located on two separate levels, the Lannon Lounge and conference center are both centrally located within the facility and serve as a connection point between the two wings. Thus, these spaces posed the opportunity to impact a wide range of employee experiences on an everyday basis.
