VILLAGE 43

Village 43 Apartments brings a family oriented, walkable residential neighborhood to the Village of Brown Deer, WI. It features 156 units spread across 8 two-story garden-style buildings. At the heart of the community is a modern clubhouse, adjacent to an activated, lively greenspace with shared amenities. The design highlights the welcoming private unit entrances, accentuating the building’s rhythm and celebrating the end-caps. Two high-contrast material palettes create a simple and elegant approach to the building’s massing.

The clubhouse, centrally situated on the site, boasts approximately 3,000 sqft of amenity and support space. Amenities include a large club room, fitness center, pet spa, tenant storage room, outdoor lounge and grilling areas, dog run, and a large central greenspace. Village 43 Apartments is a sister-development to the Greenlink Residences and Public House 55, located just south of the site.  Along with the Ten Mile Park, and other collaborations, this project exemplifies a strong strategic partnership between RINKA, F Street Development, and the Village of Brown Deer, and will continue to positively impact the Village for years to come.
