R1VER, pronounced River One, is a first-class mixed-use waterfront development situated on a bend of the Kinnickinnic River in Milwaukee's Harbor District. The development will consist of Class A office buildings, including a new regional office for Brownsville-based, Michels Corp. a multi-family residential building, hotel, retail space, a large public courtyard, and 1,000 feet of boardwalk along the river.
