The Towne Mall Masterplan Redevelopment is a creative re-envisioning of a sprawling 45-acre underutilized existing regional mall property in Middletown, Ohio. The proposed design focuses on creating a thriving mixed-use, walkable and pedestrian oriented neighborhood with a wide variety of active uses.
