Germantown Moves Forward on Village Center Development

The Village of Germantown voted to proceed with plans for a new village center development at the intersection of Pilgrim and Mequon roads, acquiring three properties for the project. The development will include residential, commercial, and public spaces, with an estimated first-phase cost of $11 million and a projected total value of $69 million.
