A+R: Affiliated Buys Fort Lauderdale Development Site for $15M

Affiliated Development, through its subsidiary Andrews Apartments LLC, has acquired a 2.69-acre multifamily development site in Fort Lauderdale for $15.2 million. The site, located at 2125, 2107, and 2101 S. Andrews Ave. and 108, 104, and 100 S.W. 21st St., is designated for the construction of Era Apartments. The development has received approval for 400 apartments, 3,650 square feet of retail space, and 549 parking spaces.
