$23 Million Luxury Apartment and Retail Building in Cudahy Will Break Ground Soon

Franklin-based Land by Label Development is set to commence construction on the Scoot Grandeur Apartments in Cudahy, aiming to revitalize the downtown area. The four-story building will feature 78 luxury apartments and 4,100 square feet of commercial space for potential businesses. The project aligns with Cudahy's 2050 Comprehensive Plan and city efforts to attract commercial development and younger residents to the downtown area. The groundbreaking is now scheduled for the second quarter of 2024, with an estimated completion date of August 2025.
