As one of the firm’s first employees, Bradley brings an indispensable breadth of knowledge and history to the firm as RINKA’s Technical Director. His work encompasses a broad range of building types ranging from complex high-rises to adaptive reuse office spaces.
His experience in development projects coupled with his ability to work collaboratively with contractors and sub-consultants has produced multiple successful projects.
Senior Vice President | Director of Project Delivery
Ryan’s leadership at RINKA as SVP has been focused primarily on high-profile, large scale and complex projects. His passion for collaborative design, strong leadership and thoughtful design solutions has consistently delivered successful results.
As RINKA’s Director of Project Delivery, Ryan works closely with the entire project team to deliver high-quality documentation and construction administration procedures ensuring that the built project lives up to the firm’s high design standards.
With over 9 years of architectural practice experience and 5 years of non-profit project coordination and management experience, Audry has built a portfolio encompassing a diverse range of project types both locally and internationally.
She is skilled at finding creative design solutions and working collaboratively with clients, end-users and community stakeholders to realize meaningful built work that revitalizes neighborhoods and creates new community gathering places.
As a licensed architect managing a wide range of private and public sector projects, Dan leads multiple project teams on challenging and impactful architectural projects.
With over 25 years of experience, Dan applies his design, technical and management skills and expertise to deliver projects that meet client design goals within project budget and schedule all while fostering long-term client relationships.

With over 14 years of architectural experience in Chicago and Milwaukee, Katie has led and managed a wide range of projects including masterplans, historic renovations, low-rise multi-family residential, and international mixed-use high-rise design.
Her efficient design approach coupled with her experience on large and complex projects ensures each project remains within budget. Katie offers a depth of experience and a thoughtful design methodology that builds upon the core values at RINKA.
Vice President | Senior Architect, Project Manager
As an Architect, Senior Project Manager, Elliot has extensive experience in various project types throughout his 9+ years with RINKA. His specialized experience ranges from a multitude of office project types to large, complex high rise mixed use developments with a focus on sustainability.
Elliot has a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers, and his thought leadership is sought after within the local design community. He mentors entry level, young professionals within the RINKA design collective and is among the adjunct teaching faculty at the Milwaukee Institute of Architecture & Design.
