THE QUIN
The Quin, a mixed-use 5 story apartment building in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood, is designed as a modern interpretation of the neighborhoods industrial character and manufacturing buildings. The design concept incorporates stained cedar board cladding accented against black structural steel on the exterior as an interpretation of the materials typically found on the interior of the neighborhoods industrial buildings.
