This 5-story mixed use project features a ground floor elevated restaurant with an expansive outdoor deck facing the lake, 3 floors of condominium dwellings and a rooftop office space with a large event hall opening up to an outdoor roof deck bar. The architecture of the building aims to create a connection to the lakefront site by utilizing materials colors true to the rich maritime history of Port Washington’s boating community and the nearby iconic Breakwater Lighthouse constructed in 1860.
