Water’s Edge is a welcoming and upbeat community with an innate connection to the Lake and its native surroundings. We sought to define and reinforce, in all branded elements, the notion of a new coastal community woven into the fabric of Caledonia. With a focus on the nature-oriented and amenity-rich topology of the site, the brand tells the story of an inclusive community and the intrinsic connection to the landscape which surrounds it.
