Greenlink Residences + Public House 55

A residential neighborhood with a centralized community square and gathering space. This development is about re-connecting a community. It’s about bringing people together with new residences that link a former industrial-type site back into the neighborhood. The design of the multi-family portion of this development creates an approachable new front door experience while creating pedestrian and bicycle friendly streetscapes. They will link the Oak Leaf Trail and existing neighborhood to the new community green, The 55. The brand strategy, in concert with The 55, works to create a sense of connection, family-focused, linking the existing and new residences to the new community green. Greenlink Residences is one puzzle piece in the reconnection of the people of The Village of Brown Deer, in the historic center of the community.
