The proposed design solution focuses on creating opportunities for community interaction at various scales for a true neighborhood experience. The design stitches together the neighborhood with a new centralized community square and gathering space that incorporates destinational elements like a tap room, event space, and beer garden along with a central greenspace with activities for families and groups of all ages. Multi-family residential offerings will include 2 multi-story apartments, 4 unique side-by-side townhomes and a retail space.
