CASERA CAFE
The Casera Cafe project envisions creating a 4th generation retail location that honors and communicates the rich history of Grebes Bakery while serving as a solution for the R1VER campus and surrounding businesses. The cafe aims to be the campus’s “one-stop shop,” providing a comprehensive range of services and products that meet the needs of the community. By telling the Grebes story through its design and offerings, the cafe will evoke a sense of nostalgia, blending tradition with modern convenience. This project will create a unique, inviting space that not only preserves the bakery's legacy but also caters to the dynamic needs of the R1VER campus and its vicinity.
